The project will develop and provide the target groups and beneficiaries with 7 preliminarily defined outcomes:

• Official project website notifying the overall work and achievements;
• Needs analysis reports about guidance policy directed to older people;
• Adaptation and translation of mentoring packages for easier implementation of Mentoring programmes;
• Set-up of mentoring schemes for older people;
• Set-up of employers network for older people;
• Production of Codes of practices;
• Production of relevant recommendations.
